In the rare event that a shrimp is dead on arrival, please send a picture of the unopened bag with the DOA clearly visible. This should be done within 2 hours after the 1st delivery attempt. This is not applicable to shrimp add-on via a deal or extras provided to offset DOA’s. We will work tirelessly with you to resolve the matter.
