Orders will be shipped out on Mondays ONLY. Tuesdays if post offices are closed on Monday.
Delivery takes about 1 to 4 days using ground service.
Orders place after 8PM the Sunday before will ship out the next week.
Tracking will be provided Sunday evening or Monday morning.

Every order is bagged with something for the shrimp to hold on to. This could be plastic netting, plant clippings, or duckweed.
Puragen is added to the bag to help keep the water clean and handle organic waste that may accumulate during their long journey. This looks like little white beads.
Every order is double bagged to give extra structure and resistance from popping in transit.
The packed bags are nestled in cellulous insulation. It adds shock resistance and thermal insulation during all seasons.
An invoice, drip instructions, and a little something from us is included in every order.
Depending on the season, both ice packs and heat packs are available for purchase. A heat pack is highly recommended if below 32 degrees in your area and an ice pack is recommended if over 85 degrees in your area.
After sealing the box, 2 types of stickers are added. A live animal and fragile are placed on the sides of the package. We have added these stickers in hopes it brings more attention to the box so that carriers know it requires delicate handling.
